I love spicy food. This is the place for that because they have dozens of self serve hot sauces ton the counter that are all good and all very different. Of course food ins't all about condiments despite the fact that I have a weakness to condiments. If only there was a restaurant you could order based off of the dips it comes with. Until then, I will drool over the etouffes and alligator po'boys at Bordeaux's that I can drench in crystal hot sauce and a variety of other spicy sauces. The order at the counter ambiance is nice too. It has a very southern feel to it.

someone in my group got all sauce and no meat
Small portions(however filling)
