Since this blog is new I would like to state the purpose of it. I am going to restaurants in the Utah county area and writing about them. I want to eat at restaurants and and have a good time. I want to promote good restaurants and ignore the bad ones. I might even have some recipes if I could get my hands on some good ones.I will make sure to recommend some good places and still discuss what I ate if its bad. I also want to make easy to understand reviews because Michelin and Zagat just assume you know what a flambee is or saag paneer. I dont expect you to know that paneer is a nonmelting buffalo mozzarella from india or that a flambee is setting something on fire. I am here to educate.
